Red onion

Step 1

Cut the onion into thin slices.

Burger bun

Step 2

Melt a dab of butter in a hot pan and lightly toast the burger buns (15-30 sec). Set aside.

Veggie burger

Step 3

Add another dab of butter to the same pan & cook the veggie patties for 2 minutes on one side.

Cheddar (slices)

Step 4

Flip the patties and add a slice of cheddar on top. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Romaine lettuce

Ketchup
Yellow mustard

Step 5

Prepare the burger by adding the ketchup, mustard, veggie patty, sliced onions and lettuce. Add the top of the bun and serve. Enjoy !
