Step 1

Peel & slice the avocado into thin strips.

Tomato

Step 2

Wash & slice the tomatoes into rounds.

Mayonnaise
Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)

Step 3

Optional : prepare the spicy mayo. In a bowl, combine : the mayonnaise & 'piment d'Espelette'.

Country bread (sliced)

Step 4

Toast the bread to your liking.

Ham (turkey)
Romaine lettuce

Step 5

Spread the spicy mayo on each slice of bread. On one piece of the bread, add the sliced avocado, turkey, tomato rounds & lettuce. Top with the second slice of bread & slice in half, if desired. Enjoy !
