Potato

Step 1

Peel, wash & slice the potatoes in halves.

Step 2

Pour 200 ml water into the mixing bowl. Add them to the cooking basket into the blender bowl. Add the potatoes into the basket & cook for 20 minutes / steaming.

Garlic
Parsley (fresh)
Tuna (canned)

Step 3

Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic & parsley. In a bowl, mix the tuna, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Milk (whole)

Step 4

Remove the cooking basket & add the potatoes into a large bowl. Add the milk & butter (optional) Season to taste & mash the potatoes using a fork or potato masher.

Bread crumbs (plain)

Step 5

Mix in the tuna prep with the mashed potatoes. Place the mixture into an oven-proof dish & top with breadcrumbs & a bit of butter, if you want. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.

Step 6

Once golden brown, remove the dish from the oven & enjoy !
