Step 1
Peel, wash & slice the potatoes in halves.
Step 2
Pour 500 ml water into the mixing bowl. Add the potatoes to the cooking basket. Place the basket on the blender bowl, insert the measuring cup and cook for 120°C / speed 1 / 20 min.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and parsley. In a bowl, mix the tuna, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Remove the cooking basket, drain the water from the blender bowl and put the cooked potatoes in it. Add the milk and butter and put in the measuring cup. Chop for 1 min / speed 5.
Step 5
Add the tuna prep to the bowl with the mashed potatoes. Close the lid with the measuring cup & mix for 30 secs / speed 3.
Step 6
Add the mixture in an oven-proof dish. Cover with breadcrumbs and a bit of butter if you want. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Enjoy !
