Potato

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes. Add them to the mixing bowl with the milk and cook for 24 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1 without the measuring cup.

Garlic
Parsley (fresh)
Tuna (canned)

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic and parsley. In a bowl, mix the tuna, garlic and parsley, season with salt and pepper.

Potato
Milk (whole)

Step 3

When the potatoes are cooked add a knob of butter (or olive oil) then mix for 20 sec / reverse mode / speed 2.

Bread crumbs (plain)

Step 4

Mix the mashed potato and the tuna together. If necessary, season with salt and pepper and place in an ovenproof dish. Cover with breadcrumbs and a bit of butter if you want. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. Serve!
