Oven, Parchment paper
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Drain the sardines and cut them in half lengthwise to form fillets.
Step 3
Unroll the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Prick it with a fork.
Step 4
Spread the ricotta cheese on the puff pastry with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the tomatoes in a circle. Add salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 6
Arrange the sardine fillets on the pie. Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.
Step 7
Take the tart out of the oven. Sprinkle with arugula, lemon zest and juice on top, add a drizzle of olive oil before serving. Enjoy!
