Step 1
Before you start this recipe, make sure your whipping cream is nice and cold. You can also place your mixing bowl in the fridge or freezer beforehand to keep the cream cold while you whip it.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the cream and sugar and a little vanilla extract if you have some. Whip it with a whisk, hand mixer, or standing mixer until the cream becomes thick and fluffy. Serve immediately with the strawberries, and enjoy!
