Stovetop, Pot (small) and Frying pan.
Recipe

Step 1
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.



Step 2
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix : the grated garlic, ground ginger & soy sauce.
Step 3
Add the chicken to the marinade & coat well with the mixture. Refrigerate & let marinate for at least 10 min.

Step 4
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles. Set aside.

Step 5
Meanwhile, wash & slice the broccoli into florets. Cut them in half if needed.

Step 6
Wash & cut the bell peppers, removing the core & seeds. Slice into thin strips.
Step 7
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli, bell peppers & a drizzle of water. Cover & cook for 8-10 min.
Step 8
Once the vegetables are cooked & tender, add the chicken & its marinade. Cook for 5 min, stirring.
Step 9
Add the drained noodles & continue cooking for 2 min while stirring.

Step 10
Serve the stir-fried noodles with chicken & broccoli in a bowl. Top with sliced scallions, if you have any. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
