Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater
Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the noodles. Set aside.
Step 2
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. * *Check out our tips for this step
Step 3
Wash & cut the bell peppers, removing the seeds. Slice into thin strips.
Step 4
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, grated garlic & ginger (optional).
Step 5
Add one tablespoon of water per person. Cover & leave to simmer for 8-10 min.
Step 6
Add the cubed chicken into the pan, followed by the soy sauce. Stir & cook for another 5 min.
Step 7
Add the drained noodles & stir-fry for another 2 min, over high heat.
Step 8
Serve the stir-fried noodles in a bowl. Re-season to taste & top with sesame seeds, if you have some. Enjoy !
