Carrots (fresh)

Step 1

Peel the carrots, then cut them thinly into wedges.

Step 2

Cook them in a pan of boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the carrots at the end of cooking.

Tofu (smoked)

Meanwhile, dice the tofu.

Teriyaki sauce
Ginger (fresh)
Garlic

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix: teriyaki sauce, grated ginger and grated garlic. Book

Heat a pan with neutral oil. Add the diced tofu and grill them for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 6

At the same time, in a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.

Step 7

Once the tofu is nicely toasted, add the sauce to the pan. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, over low heat, while stirring. Then add the carrots and noodles. Mix well.

Step 8

Serve everything on a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you have them. It's ready!
