Tender beef, crunchy broccoli and chewy egg noodles...perfection!
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater
Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli for 5 min. Once cooked through, drain the broccoli & keep warm.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the beef into strips.
Step 4
In the same pot, bring some salted water to a boil. Add the noodles & cook according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the noodles.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat,. Add the grated garlic & ginger. Sauté for 30 secs, continuously stirring.
Step 6
Add the beef slices to the pan & sauté for 1-2 min on each side.
Step 7
Add the broccoli, drained noodles, soy beans & soy sauce to the pan.* Mix & stir-fry for another 1-2 min, over high heat. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 8
