Step 1
Rinse the sushi rice several times in clean water, then cook it according to the package instructions.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the cucumber into cubes.

Cut the nori seaweed sheets into small strips.

Prepare the vinegar for the sushi rice. In a bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 6
Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a dish to cool. Add the rice vinegar/sugar mixture and mix gently.
Step 7
Serve the rice in a bowl or shallow dish. Add the spicy tuna, cucumber, and nori seaweed. Sprinkle with fried onions and sesame seeds, if you have any. It's ready!
