Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Zucchini

Step 2

Cut the zucchini in long sticks: cut in half lengthwise, then cut each piece lengthwise again, and cut into 4 inch pieces.

Rosemary (dried)

Step 3

Add the vegetables to a baking tray with the herbs, salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and mix together to coat.

Merguez spicy sausage

Step 4

Place the sausages on the tray and pick with a fork a few times.

Step 5

Bake at 240°C for 25 minutes, until everything is golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
