Mozzarella (low-moisture, for cooking)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Slice the mozzarella into rounds.

Tomato sauce (basil)
Mozzarella (low-moisture, for cooking)
Parmesan (grated)
Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)

Step 2

Drizzle some olive oil in the bottom of a baking dish, then add the chicken cutlets. Top each cutlet with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 15–20 minutes.

Basil (fresh)

Step 3

Serve the chicken parm cutlets with a few fresh basil leaves (optional) and a mixed green salad. That's it!
