Crunchy veggies with silky noodles... simply delicious !
Make sure you have...
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater, Peeler
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain once cooked through.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan or skillet* & add the green beans. Grate or mince the garlic & add the ginger. Stir & cook for 4-5 min. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 3
Wash & cut the carrots into long strands, using a vegetable peeler. Add them to the pan.
Step 4
Add the shrimp & soy sauce to the pan. Stir to coat.
Step 5
Add the noodles to the pan & mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the sautéed noodles in a plate or bowl. Top with fresh cilantro & sesame seeds & serve hot. Enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest using sesame oil & making a peanut sauce by combining soy sauce, peanut butter & a drizzle of water (for a smoother finish).
