Puff pastry
Dijon mustard

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the pastry on a baking sheet. Prick the pastry with a fork, then spread the mustard all over, leaving a 2-3 cm border all around. Par-bake for 5 min at 180°C.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the cherry tomatoes in halves. Drain them in a colander with a bit of salt.

Step 3

Remove the pastry from the oven & add the halved tomatoes face up in a circular pattern.

Mozzarella (fresh)
Herbes de Provence

Step 4

Top with the pieces of torn mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, herbes de Provence & a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 40 min at 180°C.

Step 5

Once golden, remove the tart from the oven & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
