Stir fry noodles (egg)

Step 1

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain once cooked through.

Green beans (frozen)
Garlic
Ginger (ground)

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan or skillet & add the green beans. Grate or mince the garlic & add the ginger. Stir & cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Carrots (fresh)

Step 3

Wash & cut the carrots into long strands, using a vegetable peeler. Add them to the pan.

Cooked shrimp

Step 4

Add the shrimp & soy sauce to the pan. Stir to coat.

Step 5

Add the noodles to the pan & mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 6

Serve the sautéed noodles in a plate or bowl. Top with fresh cilantro & sesame seeds & serve hot. Enjoy !
