Stir fry noodles (egg)

Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain them at the end of cooking.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms. Season with salt & pepper, then brown them for 4-5 minutes.

Garlic
Ginger (ground)

Step 4

Grate half the garlic into the pan & add the ground ginger (optional). Mix.

Carrots (fresh)

Step 5

Wash the carrots, then, using a peeler, thinly slice them into strips directly into the pan.

Flank steak

Step 6

Cut the beef into strips.

Step 7

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a second pan. Add the beef. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.

Step 8

Grate the other half of the garlic into the pan with the beef, then deglaze with a little water.

Sweet soy sauce

Step 9

Check the vegetables for doneness, then add the beef & soy sauce. Mix.

Step 10

Add the noodles & mix again. Let everything cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 11

Serve the fried noodles in a deep plate or bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you have them. It's ready !
