Make sure you have...
Pot (small), Stovetop, Oven, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Add the potato rounds to a baking dish. Add a drizzle of olive oil & season with salt, pepper and dried thyme, if you have some. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C.
Step 3
In the meantime, in a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the green beans for about 3 minutes. Drain & set aside.
Step 4
After 25 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and add the salmon. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes at 190°C.
Step 5
In the meantime, in a bowl, mix the crème fraîche, chopped chives (optional), lemon juice & zest, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 6
Serve the salmon with a side of crispy potatoes, green beans and the creamy sauce. Sprinkle the salmon with chopped chives and season to taste. Enjoy !
