Potato

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel & cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse them thoroughly, then drain the fries.

Step 2

Add the fries to a mixing bowl. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix well.

Step 3

Add the fries to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 min at 200°C.

Chives (fresh)

Step 4

Meanwhile, thinly chop the chives, if you have any.

Crème fraîche
Lemon

Step 5

Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix : the 'crème fraîche', chives & lemon juice. Season with salt & pepper.

Avocado

Step 6

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit & the skin. Cut it into cubes.

Step 7

In a bowl, add the avocado & mash it with a fork. Season with salt & pepper.

Burger bun

Step 8

Heat a small drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the burger buns & toast them for 2 min until lightly brown. Set aside.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 9

In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Add the salmon skin side down. Season with salt & pepper. Grill it for 6 min, until golden brown. Once cooked through, cut the salmon in half.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 10

Prepare the burger by spreading the chive sauce on the bottom bun. Add the spinach & the salmon on top. Add the mashed avocado to the top bun & close the burger.

Step 11

Once the fries are cooked through & golden brown, take them out of the oven. Serve the salmon burger on a plate with the fries. Re-season to taste & enjoy!
