Step 1
In the Digicook's mixing bowl, pour 500g water and heat for 10 min / steam setting.
Step 2
Meanwhile, take the skin off the salmon, divide the flesh into large cubes. Slice the lemons into rounds. On a skewer, slide on a cube of salmon followed by a slice of lemon. Repeat until the skewer is full.
Step 3
Place the skewers in the steam basket, cover with a sheet of baking paper and cook for 10 min / steam setting.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil 25 cl of water per person and dissolve the vegetable stock in it. Put the semolina in a bowl and pour on hot water with a stock cube dissolved in it. Season with salt and pepper and set to one side, covered by a tea towel.
Step 5
Leave the semolina to swell, and after 10 minutes fluff it with a fork.
Step 6
Serve the salmon with the semolina. Squeeze on a bit of lemon juice.
