Step 1

Remove the salmon skin. Chop the fish into large chunks and the lemon into rounds. Using wooden skewers, consecutively slide the salmon chunks followed by a slice of lemon and place the skewers in the Varoma covered with a sheet of baking paper.

Step 2

Pour 500g water into the mixing bowl and heat for 8 min / varoma setting / speed 1.

Step 3

Boil 10cl water per person and dissolve the vegetable stock in it. Add the semolina to a bowl and pour on the hot stock. Season with salt and pepper and set to one side, covering the bowl with a tea towel.

Step 4

Serve the salmon with the semolina, topping with a squeeze of lemon.
