Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the salmon's skin.
Step 2
Chop the fish into big chunks.
Step 3
Chop the lemon into rounds.
Step 4
Using wooden skewers, consecutively slide the salmon chunks followed by a slice of lemon folded in two.
Step 5
Put the skewers on to an oven proof tray, season, add olive oil and bake for 5 minutes.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 6
Boil 1 cup of water per person and dissolve a vegetable stock cube in it.
Step 7
Put the semolina in a bowl, season and pour on the boiling water. Cover and leave to absorb for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the salmon skewers with the semolina.
If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min before grilling to prevent burning.
