Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash the potatoes, peel them or not according to your taste and cut them into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces.

Step 2

On a baking sheet (covered with baking paper or aluminum foil) add the potatoes* and sausages. *Check out our tips for this step

Rosemary (dried)

Step 3

Add rosemary, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Prick the sausages and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4

After 15 minutes, stir the potatoes and turn the sausages over. Continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

Dijon mustard

Step 5

Take the tray out of the oven, adjust the seasoning if necessary, serve with the mustard, and dig in!
