Cauliflower (fresh)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the cauliflower leaves.* *Check out our tips for this step

Garam masala
Lemon

Step 2

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, lemon juice, add the garam masala, and mix together.

Parchment paper

Step 3

Place the cauliflower on a sheet of baking paper and brush generously with the spiced oil. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 4

Wrap the cauliflower in the baking paper and place it on a baking tray. Bake for 60 minutes at 200°C.

Step 5

Once cooked through, remove the cauliflower from the oven.

Lemon

Step 6

Season to taste & top with some lemon zest. Serve with some yogurt, if you have some. Enjoy !
