Step 1

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. en fin de cuisson, égouttez-le.

Pendant ce temps, épluchez puis émincez les oignons.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les oignons, les petit pois, les haricots plats et les crevettes. Faites-les revenir 5 minutes, jusqu'a1 ce que les crevettes soient légèrement dorées.

Step 4

Ajoutez le riz cuit et la sauce soja. Mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson 10 minutes, en remuant régulièrement - le riz doit être légèrement croustillant.

Dans une assiette creuse ou un bol, servez le riz sauté aux crevettes avec quelques feuilles de coriandre, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
