Digicook
Step 1
Place the peeled shallots in the Digicook bowl and mix 50 sec / speed 5. Then scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Step 2
Cut the pepper into strips, add it to the food processor bowl and cook for 4 min / 120°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
Step 3
Add rice, white wine and brown for 5 min / 120°C / reverse / speed 1. Then add 200ml of water per person, the stock cube and cook for 14 min / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.
Step 4
Ajoutez ensuite, dans le bol, 250 ml d'eau par personne, le cube de bouillon. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 12 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the risotto, season with salt and pepper and add the Parmesan cheese.
