Shallot

Step 1

Place the peeled shallots in the Thermomix and mix 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Bell pepper (red)

Step 2

Slice the pepper into strips, add it to the food processor bowl and cook for 3 minutes/120°C/reverse direction/speed 1.

Arborio rice
White wine

Step 3

Add the rice, the white wine and brown for 5 minutes/120°C/reverse direction/speed 1.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 4

Then add 200ml of water per person, the stock cube and cook for 10 minutes/100°C/reverse direction/speed 1.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 5

Serve the risotto, season with salt and pepper and add the Parmesan cheese.
