Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander

Pasta (penne)

Step 1

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package directions. At the end of cooking, reserve a small ladle of cooking water, then drain the pasta.

Pesto

Step 2

In a pan, mix the pesto with the reserved pasta cooking water.

Peas (frozen)

Step 3

Add the frozen peas to the pan and mix well.

Step 4

Add the pasta and mix again.

Burrata
Basil (fresh)

Step 5

Serve the pesto pasta on a plate with the burrata. Top everything with pesto sauce. Season with salt, pepper and add a few basil leaves, if you have them. Enjoy!
