Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Step 2
After 2 min, add the peas to the pot with the pasta & continue cooking.
Step 3
Preheat the oven on broiler mode. Heat a pan & add the bacon strips. Cook for 2 min on each side.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and peas.
Step 5
Add the pasta & peas to an oven-proof dish. Pour the cream on top. Season with salt & pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Add the bacon strips & the fresh goat's cheese in bits on top of the pasta*. Broil in the oven for 10 minutes. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 7
Serve hot with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
