Broccoli (fresh)
Potato

Step 1

Peel the potato and cut it into cubes. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Cut them into the steamer. Pour in 10 cl water and cook for 6 minutes.

Step 2

Mash the vegetables with a fork, adding the cheddar and season. Set aside, cover and keep hot.

Scallops (frozen)

Step 3

Heat some oil in pan and add the scallops, cooking for 2 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve the scallops with the purée and a drizzle of olive oil.
