Step 1

Heat a pot of water. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes in half circles (around 1cm). Once the water is boiling, add them to the pot with a pinch of salt. Cook for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely mince the garlic, wash and slice the zucchini in half circles (around 1cm). Roughly chop the chicken.

Add the garlic, zucchini and chicken to a pan with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes (once they're cooked and strained) for 5 minutes until the vegetables are lightly golden.
