Stovetop, Cook expert, Frying pan
Step 1
Pelez les échalotes, coupez-les en 4, ajoutez-les dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 4 minutes/vitesse 2A/110°C.
Step 2
Appuyez sur pulse pendant une dizaine de seconde pour mixer les échalotes. Raclez les parois et ajoutez une noisette de beurre.
Step 3
Ajoutez le riz dans le bol inox et relancez le programme expert, 4 minutes/vitesse 2A/110°C. Après 2 minutes, ajoutez le vin blanc par l'ouverture.
Step 4
À la fin du programme, ajoutez 200 ml d'eau/personne, le cube de bouillon, sel et poivre. Lancez le programme expert, 18 minutes/vitesse 2A/100°C.
Step 5
Coupez les champignons en tranches et émincez l'ail. Faites-les revenir 10 minutes avec un peu de beurre dans un poêle.
Step 6
À la fin du programme, ajoutez le parmesan dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert 2 minutes/vitesse 2A/100°C.
Step 7
Serve on plates the rice with the mushrooms (Optional : serve with arugula salad) and season.
