Step 1
Placez les échalotes épluchées dans le bol du Thermomix, mixez 5 sec / vitesse 5. Raclez les parois du bol avec une spatule. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et faites rissoler 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 2
Ajoutez le riz, le vin blanc et rissolez 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.
Step 3
Versez le bouillon de légumes et 150g d'eau bouillante par personne. Laissez cuire 15 min / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.
Step 4
Coupez les champignons en tranches et émincez l'ail. Faites-les revenir 10 minutes avec un peu de beurre dans une poêle.
Step 5
Une fois le riz cuit, ajoutez le parmesan, (optionnel : ajoutez un peu de crème), sel, poivre et mélangez 1 min / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 6
Serve on plates the rice with the mushrooms (Optional : serve with arugula salad) and season.
