Linguine crémeuses aux petits pois & lardons

Step 1
Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les pâtes et les petits pois selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-les.


Step 2
En parallèle, dans une poêle, sur feu moyen, ajoutez l'ail râpé et les lardons. Faites-les revenir 4 à 5 minutes, en mélangeant.


Step 3
Ajoutez la crème et le parmesan râpé. Mélangez puis laissez mijoter 1 à 2 minutes, afin que la sauce épaississe légèrement.
Step 4
Ajoutez les pâtes, les petits pois et l'eau de cuisson réservée, si besoin. Mélangez et poursuivez la cuisson 1 à 2 minutes.
Step 5
Dans un bol ou une assiette creuse, servez les linguine crémeuses aux petits pois & lardons. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
