Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix the ketchup, soy sauce, grated ginger and garlic. Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix again.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the marinade and the chicken drumsticks. Coat the chicken with the mixture, then set aside in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash and cut the potatoes into quarters.
Step 4
On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, add the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the paprika, salt and pepper. Mix, then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5
Meanwhile, in a baking dish, add the marinated chicken drumsticks. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 200°C.
Step 6
Once the potatoes are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through, remove them from the oven.
Step 7
Serve the potatoes on a plate with the ketchup-marinated chicken. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and re-season to taste. It's ready!
