Oven, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine : the mustard, honey, soy sauce, grated garlic, pepper & 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person.
Step 2
Coat the tenderloin with the marinade. Set aside in the fridge for at least 30 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, wash & dice the potatoes.* *Check out our tips for this step
Step 4
In an ovenproof dish, add the potatoes. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix together then roast in the oven for 20-25 min at 200°C.
Step 5
Remove the dish from the oven. Add a splash of water to the dish, then add the tenderloin. Coat with the remaining marinade & roast for another 35 min at 200°C.
Step 6
Once golden & cooked through, remove the dish from the oven. Slice the tenderloin & serve it alongside the roasted potatoes & a green salad. Enjoy !
