Soy sauce

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix : the mustard, honey, soy sauce, grated garlic & 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person.

Pork (tenderloin)

Step 2

Coat the tenderloin with the marinade & set aside while preparing the potatoes.

Potato

Step 3

Meanwhile, wash the potatoes & slice into small cubes.

Step 4

In an ovenproof dish, add the potatoes. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix together then roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.

Step 5

Remove the dish from the oven & add the tenderloin on top of the potatoes. Pour the remaining marinade on top & roast for another 35 min at 190°C.

Step 6

Once lightly golden & cooked through, remove the dish from the oven. Slice the tenderloin & serve it alongside the roasted potatoes & a green salad. Enjoy !
