Potato

Step 1

Peel & slice the potatoes into rounds.

Step 2

Add 500ml of water to the bottom of the Cook Expert bowl. Place the steaming basket on top & add the potatoes inside. Steam for 25 min.

Milk (whole)
Butter
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 3

Remove the steamer basket from the Cook Expert bowl & empty the water out from the bowl. Add the potatoes into the bowl with the milk, butter & nutmeg. Season with salt & pepper. Start the expert program for 5 min / speed 5 / 60°C.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
