Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them in half.

Fill the bowl of the Digicook with 6 cups of water. Place the removable basket inside the bowl. Put the potatoes inside. Close the lid with the measuring cap and program: 120°C / speed 1 / 20 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the cooking basket from the Digicook, empty the water from the bowl and place the cooked potatoes in the bowl. Add the milk, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Close the lid with the measuring cap. Program: speed 6 / 1 minute.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Serve the mash with the slices of ham on top, it's ready to devour!
