Step 1

Peel & slice the potatoes into rounds.

Step 2

Add 1.5L of water to the bottom of the Digicook bowl. Place the removable basket inside the bowl & add the potatoes. Close the lid with the measuring cup & set the program : 120°C / speed 1 / 20 min.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 3

Remove the removable basket from the Digicook bowl & empty the water out from the bowl. Add the potatoes into the bowl with the milk, butter & nutmeg. Season with salt & pepper. Close the lid with the measuring cup & set the program : speed 6 / 1 min.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
