Potato

Step 1

Peel & slice the potatoes into rounds.

Step 2

Add water to the bottom of the Cookeo bowl. Place the steaming basket on top & add the potatoes inside. Cook for 20 min under-pressure.

Milk (whole)
Butter
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 3

In a large bowl, add the cooked potatoes. Season with salt & pepper. With a fork or potato-masher, mash the potatoes. Add the milk, butter & nutmeg & stir to combine.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
