Potato

Step 1

Peel & dice the potatoes.

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the potatoes. Cook for 20 min.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)
Nutmeg (ground)

Step 3

Once the potatoes are tender, drain them. Season with salt & pepper. With a fork or potato-masher, mash the potatoes. Add the milk, butter & nutmeg & stir to combine.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 4

Serve the homemade mash with the slices of ham & a side of green salad. Enjoy !
