Puff pastry
Dijon mustard

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the dough and spread the mustard on it, leaving 3 cm around the edges.

Ham (deli slices)

Step 2

Add the ham slices.

Crème fraîche
Shredded cheese

Step 3

Spread the crème fraîche on the ham, then sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4

Lightly fold the two edges of the dough side, then roll it into a sausage

Egg

Step 5

Place the roll on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Optional: you can brush the roll with egg yolk. Prick it with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 6

Optional: sprinkle with grated parmesan. Bake for 30-40minutes at 180°C, until the roll is golden brown.

Step 7

Remove the roll from the oven and cut it into thick slices. It's ready !
