Step 1

Émincez les oignons et l’ail puis placez-les dans votre bol inox. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 2

Ajoutez les gnocchis et une noisette de beurre. Relancez le programme expert, 3 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 3

Versez 200 g d'eau par personne dans le bol et ajoutez le bouillon et du poivre. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 0/140°C.

Step 4

Ajoutez le parmesan et la crème et mélangez à l'aide d'une spatule. Servez le bouillon. (Optionnel : ajoutez de la ciboulette). C'est prêt !
