Garlic

Step 1

Peel & finely mince the onions & garlic.

Step 2

Add a drizzle of olive oil into the Cookeo blender with the onions & garlic. Cook in 'dorer' mode for 3 minutes.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 3

Add the gnocchi and continue cooking on 'dorer' mode for another 2 minutes.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 4

Add 200 ml of water per person into the blender bowl. Add the stock cube & start pressure cooking for 5 minutes.

Crème fraîche
Parmesan

Step 5

After 5 minutes, add the crème fraîche & parmesan. Season with pepper to taste.

Chives (fresh)

Step 6

Serve the soup with some minced chives & parmesan shavings, if you have some. Enjoy !
