Garlic

Step 1

Mince the onions and garlic. Put them in the mixing bowl and mix for 4 sec / speed 5. Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 3 min / 100°C / speed 2.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 2

Add the gnocchi and fry for 2 min / 120°C / reverse mode / speed Mijotage. Add a knob of butter.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 3

Pour 200 ml water per person into the mixing bowl and add the stock cube and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes / 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1.

Chives (fresh)
Parmesan
Crème fraîche

Step 4

Add the parmesan and crème fraîche and mix with a spatula. Serve immediately (optional: Top with some finely chopped chives).
