Step 1

Peel & finely chop the onion.

Garlic

Peel & finely chop the garlic.

Step 3

Add the onion & garlic to a pot on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté for 2-3 mins.

Gnocchi (skillet)

Step 4

Add the gnocchi and cook for 3 mins. (If you like your gnocchi nice & crispy, add a dab of butter.)

Step 5

Pour 180 ml of water per person into the pot.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)
Parmesan
Crème fraîche

Step 6

Add the crumbled bouillon cube, grated parmesan, sour cream & pepper to taste. Leave to cook for 5 minutes, on low heat.

Step 7

Serve the gnocchi soup with extra parmesan & chives, if you have some. Enjoy !
