Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, on medium heat & add the bacon strips. Cook for 2 min on each side or until crisp to your liking. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel.

Tomato

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash & slice the tomato.

Chicken cutlet (breaded, pre-cooked)

Step 3

In the same pan, add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden.

Whole grain bread (sliced)

Step 4

Toast the bread slices to your liking.

Mayonnaise
Salad

Step 5

Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Add the tomato, bacon, lettuce & chicken onto one piece of bread. Top with the second slice of bread & enjoy !
