Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Peel and dice the potatoes; set aside.

Step 2

Dans un plat ou sur une plaque de cuisson, déposez les cubes de pomme de terre. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Mélangez puis enfournez 30 min à 190°C.

Bread crumbs (plain)

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix.

Green beans (frozen)

Step 4

In a baking dish or on a baking sheet, mix the green beans and potatoes.

Step 5

Add half of the breadcrumb mixture and mix.

Chicken breast

Step 6

Meanwhile, cover the chicken breasts with the rest of the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 7

Return to the oven for another 25 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from oven, season to taste and serve!
