Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (small), Colander, Grater

Sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1

Drain & slice the sun-dried tomatoes.

Ravioli (spinach and ricotta)

Step 2

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions.

Garlic

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the grated garlic & sauté 30 sec, stirring.

Sun-dried tomatoes
Crème fraîche

Step 4

Add the sun-dried tomatoes & crème fraîche. Mix to evenly coat.

Spinach (fresh)

Step 5

Add the spinach leaves & a small drizzle of water.Cook for another 2 min, stirring.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 6

Once cooked through, drain the ravioli. Add it to the pan with the grated parmesan. Re-season to taste & cook for another 1-2 min, stirring gently.

Step 7

Serve the Tuscan ravioli topped with more grated parmesan & enjoy !
