Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Boil a pot of hot water, add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 3

Boil a pot of water. Wash and trim the beans. Put them in the boiling water, with a pinch of salt, for 10 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them in a bowl.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 5

Add the milk and butter, salt and pepper and mash everything until you form a puree of the desired consistency.

Cod (fresh)

Step 6

Cook the cod in a pan on a high heat, with a knob of butter, for 4 minutes on each side - depending on its thickness. Season at the end of the cooking time and serve with the instant mash potato and green beans. Dinner's up!
